Shenyang Blower Group has the capacity to design and manufacture large-scale domestically-made equipment, such as the centrifugal compressor for large-scale ethylene plant with the annual output of over 1 million ton, the centrifugal compressor for large-scale kerosene plant with the annual output of over 5 to 10 million ton, water pump for large scale pumped storage power generator set of over 600,000 to 700,000 kilowatt, high-pressure boiler feed pump for 1,000MW supercritical thermal power generator, main pump for 1,000MW-level nuclear power plant, aeronautical wind tunnel test compressor etc.
With over several years technical upgrading and capital investment, Shenyang Blower Group is equipped with over 100 various advanced precision processing, detection and experimental equipments, such as 15-meter CNC gantry type milling machine of German Kobold, Φ250 CNC floor type boring and milling machine of Italian Innse, 3500 five-axis machining center of Italian Mandelli Company, LC1200 CNC hobbing machine of German Liebherr, ZP20 CNC gear grinding machine of NILES Werkzeugmachinen Gmbh, Sigma20 gear detection center of American Gleason, three-coordinates measuring machine of German Zeiss, GV6060 vacuum quench furnace of American Ipsen as well as 20-ton high-speed dynamic balancer of German Schenck etc.
There are over 2042 sets of various equipment in the corporation, among which 192 are large-size, precise and rare equipment, 74 are advanced inspection and measuring devices, including 52 numerical control machines introduced from Germany, Italy, USA, JAPAN and other countries. The powerful machining ability can fully meet the needs of metal cutting, heat treatment, riveting and welding, product assembly and running test. Further more, there are various advanced quality inspection measures and instruments for ensuring the high quality of products.

Workshop
The assembly workshop consists of test beds for blower, compressor, pump and reciprocating compressor.
Test beds for blower and compressor
There are total 20 test beds, including 8 high test beds and 12 low test beds.
The high and low test beds can be used for pneumatic performance test, mechanical running test, and closed loop circulating commissioning, with maximum power of 30,000 KW.
Pump test beds
There are 10 test beds, including test beds for large-size vertical circulating pump, middle-size pump, high pressure multi-stage pump, small-size pump, forced circulating pump, condensate pump, screw pump and high pressure boiler feed water pump.

The testing system, with advanced technical level in China, can perform data collection, transportation display and transaction while testing, as per the test standards of ASME PTC-10 and API617, which can realize multipoint network transporting. Testing unit on the test beds, process system for auxiliary unit, integrative automization are equipped with the functions of real-time monitoring, alarm, interlocking, etc.. The testing system can perform data collection, trouble analysis and transaction automatically, draw figures and performance curves, and print out the test results, while being mechanical running tested and pneumatic performance tested.
