Shenyang Blower Works (Group) Co., Ltd (“Shenyang Blower Works Group”) is a large-scale state-owned enterprise based on its former Shenyang blower plant. The Shenyang blower plant was first founded in 1934, and in 1952, the state invested 1.7 million Yuan to expand and upgrade it into the first professional blower manufacturing plant.
